Returns

• Custom and personalized items such as stamped/engraved jewelry, custom orders, unusual chain lengths or altered in any way from the original design CANNOT be returned or exchanged.


• Non customized items CAN be returned or exchanged for a store credit or remake. To be accepted they must not be worn or damaged and still in the original packaging. Because our items are handmade, there will be a 20% charge (plus shipping) as a restocking fee on all returns.

 

• Shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted on non custom orders. Choose a store credit for a different item or remake of the same piece with a different color, length or material. 

• Store credit

No fees. You receive 100% of your item's price as a store credit to purchase any other piece you like.

• Exchange for the same piece

There will be a remake fee between 10-20% depending on how complex your jewelry is.

Repairs

All orders can be repaired or replaced, depending on the damage. Also if your shipping address is in the USA you are eligible for a free shipping label.
