RETURNS

Returns on customized (stamped/engraved) pieces are not accepted.

Returns on non customized pieces are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 20% (plus shipping) will apply.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only accepted on non custom orders. Choose a store credit for a different item or remake of the same piece with a different color, length or material. 

• Store credit

No fees. You receive 100% of your item's price as a store credit to purchase any other piece you like.

• Exchange for the same piece

There will be a remake fee between 10-20% depending on how complex your jewelry is.

We know that handmade jewelry feels more special. That's why we are here and want to make it perfect.

Contact us within 90 days of delivery. We will even give you a free shipping label if you live in U.S.
